FLC provides independent research and report-writing services. We are not a registered migration agent and do not provide migration or immigration assistance or advice as defined under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth). Our reports are prepared for use by registered migration agents, lawyers and their clients, who remain responsible for any migration advice and for lodging applications.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and any supporting materials we reasonably require to prepare your report. The quality and timeliness of the report depends on the information provided.
Fees are quoted per engagement and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on the specifics of your case.
We prepare reports on a best-efforts basis using authoritative sources. We do not guarantee any particular outcome of a visa, nomination or other application, as decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
To the extent permitted by law, FLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our reports. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
